Erik has over ten years of experience as an investor, consultant, and operator.

Erik is Founder and Principal of Upside Growth Partners. He led Upside's operational involvement in an e-commerce company, building out the direct-to-consumer platform, which contributed to 70x growth over a five year period prior to being acquired.

Erik previously worked for The Boston Consulting Group and Google, and he spent five years as a professional baseball player in the Cleveland Indians and Houston Astros systems.

He holds a B.A. from Princeton University with a major in Economics and Finance and he holds an MBA from The Wharton School, where he focused on Entrepreneurial Management.
